The Affiliate agrees to refer customers to the WindowGirl web site www.WindowGirl.com by posting a banner or other advertising material on Affiliate’s website URL and linking said banner to Windowgirl.com at the link provided.

 

2.       Window Girl will pay Affiliate FIFTY percent (50%) of all net revenue generated from each customer referred to the web site who enters after by clicking on adverstising with your tracking code.  Net revenues are all monies remaining from fees paid by the consumer after deducting the processing fees and reserves charged by Internet Billing Co. (Ibill), and any charge-backs or disallowable items.

 

3.       Internet Billing Company (Ibill) will pay the referral fee in US Dollars by check made payable to Affiliate on the 8^th and 22^nd day of each month beginning on the month after the first customer referred by Affiliate joins WindowGirl.com.  Payment will only be made for customers who become a member of Windowgirl.com after linking to the site from Affiliate’s site. If the amount due to Affiliate is less than $50, the payment will carry over to the following month.  In the event of termination, WindowGirl will have 60 days to make a final settlement with Affiliate in order to allow time for all chargebacks and disallowed items to be posted.  If a charge back occurs after payment has been made to Affiliate, that sum will be deducted from other monies owed to Affiliate by WindowGirl.

 

4.       You may monitor your account on-line using your ID# and password.

It is responsibility of Affiliate to inform WindowGirl of any change of address.

 

5.       Affiliate agrees not to engage in any unethical practices including spamming (unsolicited E-mail) or other illegal practices including fraudulent credit activity.  In the event Affiliate engages in such activity, he or she will be terminated and any payments disallowed.

 

6.       We will not make any payment for referrals from any URL that contains content deemed to be inappropriate.  Inappropriate content shall include images or videos depicting bestiality or child pornography as defined by Federal or State law.   We reserve the right to terminate any affiliate whose site contains such content.

 

7.       Windowgirl.com reserves the right to terminate this agreement at any time, and to change the terms and conditions at any time by notifying Affiliate at the e-mail address provided herein.  Affiliate may cancel the agreement at any time by sending notice to the Company.

 

By clicking on the Sign Up button, Affiliate states that they are at least 18 years of age, and if signing on behalf of a business entity, the undersigned represents that they have the legal authority to sign on behalf of said entity.
